3-Stage QC System
Every order goes through our rigorous 3-stage inspection process before shipment.
Stage 1: IQC
Incoming Quality Control — All raw materials (fabric, zippers, hardware) are inspected upon arrival. We verify color, thickness, strength and defects.
Stage 2: IPQC
In-Process Quality Control — During production, random checks on stitching, alignment, hardware installation and structural integrity.
Stage 3: FQC
Final Quality Control — Full inspection of finished goods per AQL standards. We check appearance, function, color consistency and packaging.
